Honestly, what about Hilary Duff isn't perfect? Let's just say i'm quite obsessed with her. No matter what she wears she always looks amazing. Her attire is made up of a neutral palette, with bold colored shoes and accessories; it just always works. For years i've followed her fashion habits and have based my creations off of her. Even though she shops at more high end stores, her look is something that can be copied without spending tons of money. I kept this one short and sweet due to the fact i am passing outt!
